Celebrating Oranges & Lemons Season

This is a very diverse class when we can really appreciate the wide use of citrus fruits in the kitchen. We’ll be using the finest quality fruit of the season. We’ll kick off with some breakfast and end with a small plate of Chinese stir-fried Duck with the sauce we have made.
